The drug not only increases Clinton's awareness and sensitivity, but also changes his appearance, gives him hypnotic power, as well as superhuman strength.The effect of the drug endangers Clinton - Dr. Peter Wayne, Clinton's brother-in-law and associate - as well as the lives of those around him.
