Roy Benjamins' son, Kenny, is a bright young boy who has been enrolled in the government Enrichment Program for unusually talented children.Mr. Zeno, who introduces himself as a member of the program, comes to the house to tutor Kenny in special assignments. But Zeno is from an alien planet and he is training Kenny to be an agent in changing the Earth's climate prepatory to invasion by Zeno's people.
