SECOND CHANCE
An amusement park joy ride becomes an unexpected grip into space by an Empyrian from another planet. The passengers are unwilling and are chosen by the Empyrian because they have little to leave behind. These people are needed, the Empyrian explains, because there is danger on other stars which will cause destruction of many other planets.
Two of the passengers decide to volunteer and request that the others be taken back to earth ... that only volunteers should go. They turn back because they trust the one volunteer.
