Throughout history society has been faced with the problem of what to do with its malcontents and misfits whose behavior undermines and destroys the foundations of civilizations.
The perfectionist rulers of the Planet Anti have coerced us to let them land their unwanted here on Earth. The Zantis look like giant ants but with human heads, and their demeanor is as much a problem as it is with humans.
