THE O.B.I.T.
At the top secret Cypress Hills Research Center, scientists are kept under constant watch through O.B.I.T., Outer Bank Individuated Teletracer, a mysterious electronic devise that tunes in on the different wave lengths of the human body and amplifies them into a visible picture much like a television receiver.
Dr. Scott, head of Cypress Hills, has already been removed to a sanitarium because no one believed in the monster he claimed he saw on O.B.I.T. But now there has been a murder and a Senate Committee begins an investigation. The only person left to operate the machine is Dr. Lomax but, strangely, his is the only wave length that cannot be tuned by O.B.I.T. When the machine is pushed beyond limits and tuned to Lomax the monster appears.
