THE ARCHITECTS OF FEAR
Because the world faces the possibility of extinction through nuclear accident, an international group of renowned scientists meets in secret session to find an answer. Their decision -- force the hostile nations to join together to fight an outside enemy, and bind them in fear of some unknown power.
In order to create this fear they decide to create a MAN-MADE MONSTER from one of their own...a grotesque mutilation of the human body so that it will truly appear to come from another planet. The man chosen will be declared dead and will never resume normal life!
